Who we are
LeadStrike is a lead intake and notification service for roofing, HVAC, and plumbing businesses. LeadStrike is operated by New Level Design Studio LLC, based in Port Orange, Florida (“LeadStrike,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you send us
When you contact us by email or phone, or through a form on this website when one is available, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, company name, email address, phone number, and the details of your message or request.
Information we process for contractors
Contractors use LeadStrike to receive and respond to inquiries from their own customers. When a customer submits an inquiry through a contractor’s website form that uses LeadStrike, we process that information on the contractor’s behalf. This can include:
- the customer’s name, phone number, and address or location details they provide;
- the service requested and a description of the issue;
- whether the customer agreed to receive text messages, the consent wording that was shown, the page where it was given, and when;
- if text messaging is activated for that contractor in the future, text messages exchanged with the customer;
- the status of the inquiry and a record of what LeadStrike did with it, such as notifying the contractor’s team.
We use this information only to provide the service to the contractor: recording the inquiry and notifying the contractor’s team by email. Text messaging is not part of the service today. If it is activated for a contractor in the future and the customer has agreed, we will also use this information to send and receive text messages about the request. The contractor decides how the inquiry is handled. Questions about how a particular contractor uses your information can also be directed to that contractor.
Technical information
Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically process technical information when you visit a page or submit a form, such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of the request. When a contractor’s form sends an inquiry to LeadStrike, we keep a one-way hashed version of the sender’s IP address to help prevent spam and abuse. That record is deleted after about 24 hours.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not load third-party tracking scripts. It saves your light or dark theme choice in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit. While you browse, it may also remember which menu item you last selected, for the current browser tab only, to animate the navigation. You can clear this information at any time through your browser settings.
How we use information
- to respond to your questions and requests;
- to provide, operate, and support the LeadStrike service for contractors;
- to send text messages only where the recipient has agreed to receive them, and to honor opt-out requests;
- to protect the service against spam, abuse, and security threats;
- to meet legal and regulatory obligations, including keeping records of text-message consent and opt-outs.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use contractors’ customer information for our own marketing.
Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or rent mobile phone numbers. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that help us operate the service and deliver messages, and only for that purpose. See our SMS Terms for how text messages and opt-outs work.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers to run LeadStrike, including providers for website hosting, database and data storage, workflow automation, email delivery, and, if text messaging is activated for a contractor in the future, telecommunications and messaging delivery. If text messaging is activated, some messaging features may use an artificial-intelligence provider to help interpret replies; where used, it receives only what is needed for that task. No artificial-intelligence provider is used in the service today. These providers process information on our behalf and under our instructions. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of LeadStrike, our customers, or others.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as it is needed to provide the service, to meet legal and compliance obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Records of text-message consent and opt-outs may be kept longer so that a number that has opted out is not messaged again. Contractors can ask us to delete their customers’ information, subject to those obligations.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, such as access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by contacting us below. If your information was submitted through a contractor’s website, we may refer your request to that contractor, because they decide how it is used. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law, and we will respond to requests as that law requires.
Children
LeadStrike is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as LeadStrike changes. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be communicated as appropriate.
