SMS Terms

These terms describe text messages related to LeadStrike, operated by New Level Design Studio LLC. LeadStrike does not send text messages today; the service available today records website inquiries and notifies the business by email. Text messaging, when offered, is activated separately for each business, only after setup, approval, and any required carrier registration.

Two kinds of messages

Messages from a business that uses LeadStrike. Roofing, HVAC, and plumbing businesses use LeadStrike to receive inquiries from their own customers. Once text messaging is activated for a business, if you check the text-message consent box on that business’s website form, the business may send you automated text messages through LeadStrike about your request, such as confirming it was received, asking about the details or timing of the job, and following up. These messages are sent on that business’s behalf and identify the business.

Consent

You will only receive these text messages if you agreed to receive them, for example by checking an optional, unchecked consent box on a website form. Consent is not required to submit a form, to request service, or to make a purchase.

Message frequency and cost

Messages are automated. Message frequency varies with your request and your replies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opting out: STOP

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Replies of STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT, or OPT OUT are treated the same way. LeadStrike records your opt-out and it controls: after you opt out, you may receive one message confirming your opt-out if that confirmation is approved or required, and then no further automated text messages from that business through LeadStrike. Replying START, UNSTOP, or YES does not restore texting on its own. If you want texts again later, contact the business or LeadStrike; messages resume only after your preference has been deliberately restored.

Delivery

Depending on your phone and carrier, messages may arrive as standard text messages or in another messaging format your device supports. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed. Message timing can be affected by carrier filtering, coverage, device settings, and quiet-hour rules the business sets.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver messages. See the Privacy Policy for how information is handled.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above.
